Tree Event GmbH was founded by engineers who had spent years inside ambitious organizations — and noticed how often the same patterns of success and failure repeated themselves.
We started with a simple thesis: small, senior, multidisciplinary teams can outperform much larger ones when they own outcomes end-to-end. Every engagement we take is structured around that idea.
